Hey guys! Thank you for taking the time to stop by and read these random thoughts from my chaotic heart! My name is Liz and I am a Navy wife living in sunny San Diego, California. My husband and I have 3 daughters (yes, we are still surviving) and 3 furbabies. I am a stay at home mom with our youngest and run 2 home based businesses while going to school to finish my teaching credentials. Why add more to my overflowing plate you ask? Well the truth is that our situation is a little different then most. We are a blended family and are also struggling with infertility. When I was doing research on different support groups for both of these situations I either came up dry or found that there was a lot of negativity circling the topics. I honestly am hoping that our journey with both our blended family as well as infertility can help someone else who is on the same path or going through similar situations in their own life. Now, I am by no means an expert, psychologist, or even an English major, I am just a girl who is living her life and writing her thoughts down. There will probably be days where I am more emotional or wearing my frustrations on my sleeve and there will more often then not be some sort of error in my writing. This isn’t meant to be a blemish free depiction of a life I want people to think I lead. This blog is an honest look into what a beautiful mess my life has been thus far and how I still feel so utterly blessed amidst the chaos.
